Job Descriptions & Training Requirements
We want individuals who are analytical, focused, creative and results-driven. Based on buyer persona information the lead marketer will create, plan, execute and manage inbound marketing campaigns that result in sales qualified leads for our clients.
Using an integrated and collaborative approach the lead marketer works closely with the content writer and graphic designer to create the strategy and assets that are critical to attract, engage and convert the right website visitors.
Qualified candidates have excellent writing and communication skills, are process oriented, have a solid understanding of social media, search engine optimization and the basic mechanics of digital marketing. Most importantly, this person will be obsessed with the data and analytics consistently looking to optimize and convert.

Using buyer persona information and working closely with the Lead Marketer, the writer’s job is to create content that speaks to the insights obtained from the buyer persona and answers the needs and challenges uncovered. Delivering content that is meaningful to the buyer’s decision-making process.
Additionally the content writer must have the ability to capture and understand the personality, products and/or services of an organization to create the appropriate content to attract their ideal buyer.
Qualified candidates have excellent writing and communication skills; some understanding of social media and digital marketing is a plus yet not required. Most importantly, the content writer will be obsessed with creating content that engages and converts readers online.
Content Writing Intern
We want individuals who love writing, have outstanding writing skills and want to gain the skills and experience necessary to be a Lead Content Writer.
Visual Content Designer
We want individuals who are passionate about design and creating visual content. Utilizing the buyer persona and the content created the visual content designer will create and prepare visual design and layouts for blog posts, landing pagers white papers, info graphics, e-books, emails templates, social media platforms and any other digital component necessary to support our client campaigns.
Qualified candidates have excellent design and communication skills and are proficient with Adobe Creative Suite; some understanding of social media and digital marketing is a plus yet not required. Most importantly, the visual content designer will be obsessed with designing visuals that engage and convert online viewers.
